Abstract:

Dihydromyricetin (also named ampelopsin) is a flavonoid in Vine Tea, a plant name “Ampelopsis grossedentata W．Twang”. The Vine tea is rich in flavonoids, polysaccharides and polyphenols compounds.  

The flavonoids contain ampelopsin/ dihydromyricetin, myricetin, quercetin, quercetin-5-O-β–D-glucoside, taxifolin, apiin etc. The content of dihydromyricetin is highest in vine tea, especially in spire of vine tea.  

The vine tea contains water-soluble polysaccharide.
