The pharmacy item is obtained by stripping the bark from stems, branches and roots, Magnolia officinal Bark (Cortex Magnoliae officinalis) is rich in phenolic compounds, Volatile components and some alkaloids. The most active ingredients are phenolic compounds including Magnolol, Tetrahhydromagnolol, Honokiol, Isomagnolol, Bornylmagnolol, Piperitylmagnolol, Pieperityholokiol, Magnatriol, Magnloignan etc. We determine the quality by HPLC analysing the content of Magnolol and Honokiol.

We have our own plant base of Magnolia officinalis L, and collect, stored by ourselves. Our material is in higher quality and clean, also not contaminated by heavy metals and air pollution.
